You will be in charge of the data centre and drive regional data centre development and alliance partnership in key markets. About the Product Manager function: this function will report to the Chief Product agent to develop product strategies and manage the product life cycle for the data centre and managed hosting services. Key Job responsibilities: » Product road map and product life cycle » Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and support business cases and budgets » Develop and maintain product schemes, processes and policies » Monitor and benchmark against competitor product offerings to improve product features, pricing and processes » Ensure comprehensive documentation, systems and processes are developed to increase internal efficiencies » Escalate pre-sales technical issues to internal stakeholders, equipment principals or third party vendors » Support seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations, and organise quarterly expertise briefing sessions for the sales teams » Provide technical sales support to the sales teams To succeed in this job, you will need to have the capability to build e-commerce platforms and able to achieve business goals. You must know the ins and outs of dealing with multiple stakeholders at the same time. You will need to have significant practice working on large-scale data products and ideally have had practice as a software engineer or app developer.
