Job Description To conduct classroom and outdoor training on various leadership abilities topics located on our curriculum for youth age between 6 - 18 years old. Help to implement best practices and methodologies in engagement and classroom management. To work with programme managers and teachers on training programmes. To ensure fun and imparting values through the activities. Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned Job Requirements and Qualifications Must be adept at online training Minimum with diploma in any discipline. Passionate in leadership abilities training. Minimum 1 years' practice as a leadership abilities trainer in a customer facing function, preferably with significant leadership abilities training certifications (e.g TLC, Strength Finder etc). Outdoor leadership abilities activities practice. First- aid certified is a plus. Proficient in written and spoken English. Proven presentation expertise in a variety of formats ranging from hands-on to seminar-style. Excellent one-on-one communication, group presentation, and facilitation expertise. capability to use a variety of learning and training concepts and principles High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. Other significant practice (e.g. CCA, working expertise of Singapore's Education system, facilitation, volunteer works in community centre) IT savvy is a plus point. Appropriate qualifications: Minimum 1 years' practice as a leadership abilities trainer in a customer facing function, preferably with significant leadership abilities training certifications. Demonstrated research, analytical, creative problem-solving, questioning, and feedback expertise. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
