Full-Time practice . 15 years reference number . 91M0142582_1587700485 contact . kelvin wong, randstad apply now job descriptionJob responsibilities:» supervise and manage Information technology teams to develop, support, and optimize the processes, technologies, and systems that facilitate the Integrated Resort's various business operations. » Collaborate with AVP of Information technology infrastructure services to align application and infrastructure services strategy and requirements. » Work collaboratively with key Business stakeholders to analyze Information technology needs and to determine the scope and priorities of projects. » Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications. » Manage the provision of functional support for business applications and related systems to users across the organization. » Ensure application availcapability goals are met from the application system angle and provide direction and guidance to teams on improvements plan to the stcapability of the applications. » Cultivate, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices. » Develop, implement, and monitor Information technology systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance. » Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems. » Manage all aspects of the relationship with software and service providers, including contract review, performance management, and software update strategies. » Budget forecasting, managing to the budget, recruitment, staff development, and performance management. Requirements: » Degree in Computer Science or related field » Minimum fifteen (15) years of significant practice in Information technology with at least three (3) years in a similar management capacity » capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and motivate a team of professional staff. » Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and planning expertise. » Excellent communication expertise with the capability to influence the different levels of stakeholders. » practice in managing 24x7 Information technology Operations with world-class uptime. » practice in a highly regulated industry or the casino industry is desired.
