As they just started a fund management set up in Singapore with a Cayman Fund focusing on Commodity trading, they are looking for a Fund Management - Operation & Compliance agent about the job » Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Managing Director, your responsibilities include: » Work closely with front office, investors and 3rd party service providers to ensure trades are accurate, NAV reports and positions are all reconciled » Perform investors related matters like KYC, due diligence , on boarding and performance reports » Review the regulatory documents like PPM, compliance manual, risk management » Responsible for maintenance, compliance and reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS and Cayman authority requirements » Maintain proper accounting record and review financial pack prepared by fund administrator expertise & practice required To be prosperous in this position, you will need to demonstrate: » At least 3 years' significant practice in fund management » Strong technical expertise in MAS framework and Cayman authority requirements is a plus » Able to speak fluent in Mandarin in order to contact with Chinese counterparts who primarily converse in Mandarin » Hands-on and committed individual who are adaptable in a dynamic environment If you are ready to join this exciting opportunity, please click on the appropriate link.
