You will be part of a team working on project management of large scale commercial and integrated development works.
Responsibilities
» Represent Employer to work and host meetings between stakeholders and consultants to review proposed M&E provisions » Review and involve in different stages of the project from practiccapability studies, concept, schematic to design development and contract administration for building projects in a wide variety of sectors such as office, commercial, institutional, healthcare facilities, etc » Development of life cycle costing, and best practices on achieving energy efficiency for the development, etc. » Manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including drafting scope of work, specification, management of vendors and quality assessment » Drive innovation and green initiatives » Identify gap and services model to best support the project development » Able to work with various stakeholder on the users' requirements » Recommend and implement outsourcing strategies for procedures that enhances building operations, customer satisfaction and engagement » Prepare and launch maintenance contracts and to drive and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) » Consultation with regulatory authorities and liaison with significant stakeholders. » Able to contribute and work independently as well as in a team to advance design development and contract administration » practice with administration and management of projects, building specifications, permitting/safety, and land usage rules and regulations » Good expertise of building codes and regulations » Organise and manage all BIM and O&M documentation for proposed development » Gather, identify, analyse specific data needed for process improvements » Manage budget forecast, track expenses verification and processing payment for progress claims » practice in managing green mark certified commercial & retail development » Work with stakeholder to plan and facilitate migration activities to new facilities. » Take over facilities upon TOP. Requirements » Background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/ Facilities Management/Building Services » Preferably 5 to 10 years of working practice in Project & Facilities Management/Building » Familiar with best FM operational practices » practice in new development of integrated complex or commercial building would be an advantage » Preferably certified Green Mark Facility Manager
