Senior Executive, Residential Leasing Job Scope: » Maximise potential of properties through the formulation & implementation of marketing, estate and asset enhancement initiatives » Collaborate with internal and external partners including marketing and managing agents, valuers and facilities managers to increase occupancy, rejuvenate properties & estates and establish strong relationships with good tenants » Manage revenue and cost to ensure optimal returns from properties including the setting up and monitoring of budget for the assigned portfolio » Review existing contracts, practices and workflows to a. complement efforts to achieve the performance level of the properties b. enhance the tenants' practice; c. improve the service level agreements with external partners; and d. monitor the performance of external partners effectively and efficiently » Resolve feedback and property enquiries from public, tenants, ministries and other government agencies in a professional and timely manner in the best interests of SLA and the Government Requirements: » Candidates with significant practice in real estate leasing preferred » Strong interpersonal and communication expertise » Good writing and presentation expertise » Good sense of emerging trends in residential real estate » Able to work independently as well as in a team » Working expertise of contracts, facilities management and government procurement would be an advantage
