JOB DESCRIPTION

   » Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
   » Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, English
   » At least 3 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
   » Required Skill(s):
   » capability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
   » Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
   » We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic, Bahasa or Malay-speaking Customer Service agent to help us with promoting our mobile remittance product especially to the Indonesian community in Singapore. The job will include conceptualization and execution of strategies to reach to target customers.
Job activities:
   » Promote products and services via offline or online marketing
   » Attend to internal and external customers’ inquiries
   » Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
   » Handle customer queries and issues, customer acquisition and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) on a everyday basis
   » Deal directly with customers to rectify any error/and or incomplete information provided in the registration form or remittance transaction
   » Ensure compliance with SOP, MAS Regulation, AML Policy, and prepare transaction monitoring
   » The ideal candidate should have:
   » Can speak Bahasa or Malay
   » Must be available to work on Sunday
   » practice working in the remittance industry is a plus
   » Tech-savvy
   » Proven customer support practice
   » capability to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision
   » capability to take on pressure & work under tight schedules & deadlines
   » capability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
