Jewel Changi Airport Customer Service Agent
Be part of the upcoming, world-class lifestyle destination that is set to inspire and entertain visitors.
Working hours: (Rotating Shift)
Shift 1 : 8am to 8pm
Shift 2: 10am to 10pm
Shift 3: 12noon to 12 midnight (Taxi provided when end work)
Shift 4: 2pm to 2am (Taxi provided when end work) 
Job Scope:
(a) Executing “WOW” initiatives to delight guests (during special occasions, give out freebies etc.)
(b) Pro-actively offering solutions and making small talk with guests especially when if guests require assistance
(c) To assist guests/customers/visitors’ usage of the digital directories, ticketing kiosks, survey kiosks etc
(d) Enhancement of guest/customer/visitor’s practice within the premises;enquiries to the admissions and ticketing procedures and policies.
(e) Crowd control and re-entry management;
(f) Conducting the “Tour” program where required

Job Requirements:
(a) Posses strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction
(b) Excellent interpersonal skill and team player
(c) Applicant who is able to speak multiple languages would be advantageous
(d) Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts & weekends
(e) Minimum GCE “O” Level
(f) Candidates with no practice are welcome to apply
