JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities
• Manage internal and external calls, paging and SMS requests
• Handle Doctor’s everyday and monthly on call schedule
• Assist in booking STD and IDD calls for staffs and patients
• Answer enquiries on patient location, compiling data on internal and external facilities and services
 
Requirements
• At least a GCE ‘N’ Level
• 2 years of significant practice
• Able to commit shift hours
• PC expertise is essential
• Possess effective communication skills
