The Opportunity

My client is a Global ICT Services and Solutions Provider who is expanding operations in Singapore. They specialise in providing solutions to Fortune 500 clients.

Aiming to provide more support to their customers, the client is seeking for a Senior Network Engineer (Team Lead) to join their team to take on an Information technology technical position responsible to provide maintenance and operation services primarily in enterprise network infrastructure and network security related engagement.

Manage technical expect of customer's Information technology environment, coordination with other divisions, vendors and subsidiaries to deliver comprehensive ICT services.

This person will also be required to provide guidance and adequate training to engineers

5 days' work week

The Talent

Min 5 years significant practice in SI environment.

practiced in managerial position or similar capacity in providing network operation services

Excellent hands-on/ troubleshooting expertiseet and problem-solving practice of large enterprise Information technology system

practiced in Information technology infrastructure administration and management involving enterprise LAN, WAN, security, cross OS platform, Server storages virtualization and off-the-shelf software

**Technical certification are advantage example**: CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, ITIL, PMP

The Job

Stewardship

Lead and manage a dedicated team to migrate the existing customer network operation from group companies, integrate and run itlocally

Manage internal/external interfacing processes.

Provisioning management

Access and assign appropriate team resources for each task or ChangeRequest

Support Project Manager in customer network expansion projects and lead the operation design portion where appropriate (including operation resource, cost, process, implementation, detaileddocumentation)

Operation management

Manage consistency of operation quality with appropriate expertise and tools and processes

Review and improve the function, responsibilities, escalation and feedbacks mechanism regularly within the team

Implement and up-keeping the standard of Event, Incident, Problem, Change management, Improvement management good practices

Meeting customer regularly to review and receive feedback for service enhancement, keeping customer requirements in checks as well as SLArequirement

People Management

Inspires team members to attain higher technical skill.

Facilitates effective team interaction.

Coach, motivate and develop junior team member.

Act as a professional function model for staff
