**functions & Responsibilities**

- Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash. Develop lasting relationships with new and existing customer in order to maximize revenues for the company. Prepare detailed proposals that include software, and services in order to meet or exceed sales and revenues objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals. Create effective lead generation and marketing programs to identify new markets and prospects.

- Have a prosperous track record of selling business intelligence software and/or enterprise applications such as ERP, Business Intelligence, Corporate Planning or CRM. Be comfortable working in complex business environments, which includes obtaining buy-in from both VP/CxO-level business managers and Information technology staff. Have over 10 years of significant sales practice; demonstrate previous success in closing opportunities and exceeding quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business would be preferred. The capability to work independently in a complex and changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication expertise
- A network of existing contacts in but not limited to the Financial, Retail, Manufacturing & Distribution sector.
