About the Senior Trade Marketing Manager function: In this business critical function, you will be responsible for building the client's important brands in the image outlets in Singapore, creating a win-win situation for partners, consumers and the company. The majority of the job focuses on creating value added propositions for their key accounts by building partnerships through distribution, visibility and activation. Key Job responsibilities: » Serve as a focal point for the creation of customer-focused channel marketing programmes consistent with brand management's overall strategies and approved trade budget » Define, build and implement channel strategy, plans and programmes with brands and sales located on consumers/shopper knowledge, channel, brand and business priorities as well as category growth drivers » Identify brand opportunities by segment growth trends and consumption opportunities » Manage all activities and brief the significant teams to deliver desired results on time and within budget » Monitor the progress of the promotion and implementation on trade » Review the process and post evaluation of activities and creates new ways of working to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of future promotions » Measure and calculate ROI for the activity » Use shopper insights and business strategy to deliver or develop the appropriate visibility strategy to consumer while meeting customer specifications » Drive prosperous internal and customer coordination and implementation of marketing materials, e.g. POS, merchandise, etc. across the channels, through outstanding leverage execution and tracking of channel marketing activities To succeed in this Senior Trade Marketing Manager function, you will need to have the capability to work effectively and co-operatively with cross-functional teams with high attention to detail.
