Responsibilities As a Contracts Manager, you will be part of a dynamic procurement team that sets the direction to enhance the value of supply chains for the organisation. You will collaborate with the stakeholders to develop strategic procurement plan and approach that value add in the smooth implementation of HDB programmes and initiatives. You will play an important function in the entire procurement cycle from pre-tender planning, tendering and approval process, contracts management and post-contract administration. There is a diverse range of contracts including building maintenance, office upgrading, car park improvement & cyclical maintenance, car park automation & management, provision of managing agent services, Information technology systems and services, consultancy services, event management services, supply of equipment and goods etc. Being a highly regarded professional in procurement and contracts management, you will also actively engage the stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on contractual matters. You will embrace Information technology and smart initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and minimise lapses due to human errors. Requirements You should be meticulous and independent, have strong communication and analytical expertise and be able to work effectively in a team.
