You will be responsible for supporting everyday Middle and Back Office operations, monitoring operational and risk metrics, reviewing NAV reporting packs, reconciling accounts, assisting with financial audits of funds, liaising with investors and fund administrators, ensuring invoice accuracy, and setting up payments. Your function will also involve acting as the primary point of contact for initial support for allocated Hedge Fund Managers. » Handle operations related to Hedge Funds, both Cayman and VCCs » Support day-to-day Middle and Back Office operations » Monitor operational and risk metrics, escalating potential issues or anomalies » Review NAV reporting packs and reconcile accounts » Assist with the Financial Audit of Funds » Act as primary point of contact for Level 1 support for allocated Hedge Fund Managers » contact with investor and fund administrator regarding subscriptions and redemptions post compliance approval » Ensure accuracy of invoices and set up for timely payment What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Middle Office Analyst function brings a good foundational knowledge from previous practice in Hedge Fund middle and back-office operations and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. Your knowledge of the asset management or hedge funds industry will be invaluable in this function. They will ideally have proven practice creating, deploying, and automating operational systems and processes.
