Human Resource Manager (Hybrid)

Our client is a new start-up firm with 20 staff locatedclose to the CBD /downtwon areas.
About the job
Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the full spectrum of day-to-day people operational activities of an employee's lifecycle, and this includes driving HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Being a small set up, the HR’s position is stand alone without staff.
Your main function and responsibilities :
   » Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development
   » Manage the implementation, review and administration of compensation and benefits to employees.
   » Assist with annual income review/appraisal and bonus exercises.
   » Administer company's monthly payroll.
   » Manage all HR administrative work, including maintaining the HRIS system, all HR records and documentation.
   » Assist to enforce company policies and practices.
Requirements:
   » Min 15 yrs or working practice in HR Practices.
   » Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
   » Must be hands on, and capability to work independently with minimum supervision.
   » Good interpersonal and communication expertise.
   » 2 days work in office, 1 day WFH.
